The room was cozy and had air conditioning, the location was amazing, and the owner gave a friendly welcome, all within walking distance to the town center.

I liked magnificent and stunning location!!!

Overall experience was GREAT. Came in Russell to explore new places, this apartment was nice place for making it happen. It was located in a great area down the hill.

This place provides a good spot for exploring the area with a kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a refrigerator.

we had a perfectly pleasant stay in russell next to hillside, the ferry port and russell shopping strip. the bed was comfy, loved views of the sea. had lovely bathroom with a bath. it was quiet and magnificent close to centre of russell.

The comfortable bed was definitely a highlight of our stay, along with the good location. However, during our visit, the room felt hot and stuffy at night without the air conditioning on. On a positive note, the balcony overlooking the bay was lovely and provided a relaxing space for meals. The large and well-equipped room, complete with a separate kitchen and laundry, was also a great advantage. Although the accommodation was located up a steepish hill from the town, it wasn't an issue for us.

the overgrown vegetation obstructed the views from the apartment, meaning we could only enjoy the scenery when standing up. The construction noise from the neighboring property was also quite bothersome.

We loved the great views and the peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of town. The apartment had everything we needed and we appreciated the easy temperature controls. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep. The hosts were friendly and helpful, sharing valuable information about nearby attractions. we highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed at The Sails. Free WiFi, AC, and a garden with a terrace. Had a patio, flat-screen TV, and great dining area. Relaxed in the garden. Lovely seating area and garden views. The nearby Russell Museum was interesting.

Oh yeah, the garden was just sooo horrible.

We had a great time at The Sails in Russell. Our stay was for a week, and we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modernity of the apartment. The quiet hillside location provided a nice setting with plenty of bird life to enjoy. The deck offered a beautiful view of the harbor, perfect for relaxing. The owners and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The spacious room had a separate kitchen/laundry area and was tastefully decorated. We loved the well-stocked kitchen and the spacious shower. Despite the uphill walk to the apartment, it was manageable and offered sightings of wildlife along the way. a lovely place to stay.

It is conveniently within walking distance to the main shopping strip, making it easy to explore the town center. the spacious and tastefully decorated room is complemented by a well-stocked kitchen and a spacious shower. guests have the opportunity to observe local birdlife, such as Weka and fantails, while enjoying their private deck.

Although the apartment provides a serene retreat, the property's soundproofing is outdated, resulting in some noise disturbances from the upstairs area.
